Bucks land four on all-conference squad

NILES – Lakeland Conference champions Coloma and runner-up Cassopolis dominated the all-league team, which was released Wednesday afternoon.
The Comets landed 10 players on the three teams, while the Rangers had nine players selected.
Buchanan, which finished third in the final standings, had six players selected to the first team and 13 players overall.
Selected to the first team were center Arron Sater, tight end Jon Mondschein and running back Marquis Hall.
On defense, the Bucks had end/outside linebacker Evan Cauffman, lineman Auston Ferris and defensive back Drew Medlin selected.
Second team selections for the Bucks were guard Ferris, tackle Robert Riggs, running back Clinton Orr, kicker Josh Borr and linebacker T.J. Pike.
Named to the honorable mention portion of the squad were guard Bryant Miller, quarterback Taylor Oake, end Mondschein and defensive back Tim Mosier.
Brandywine had 12 players selected for all-conference.
Caleb Frazier and Greg Beaver were named to the first team as a punter and kicker respectively.
Second team picks were center Justin Krueger, guard Chris Ott, running back Frazier, end Warren Watson, lineman Joe Knuckles, linebacker Ott, defensive back Frazier and special Joel Perry.
Joshoil Benjamin earned honorable mention status as a running back and linebacker, while Danny Eaglebarger was named as a lineman.
