Keiven Eugene Welsh, of Buchanan, died at 2:38 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at Watervliet Community Hospital, Watervliet.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. His body is being donated to the University of Michigan for science.
Arrangements were by Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
