R. Peter "Pete" VanDyke, 88, of Gilbert Avenue, Niles, died at 4:45 a.m. Monday at Country Living Adult Foster Care Home in Niles.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 8, at Saint Paul Lutheran Church in Niles with the Rev. Carl W. Bassett, of the church, officiating.
The family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to services at the church.
Private burial will take place at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens in Niles.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Hospice at Home.
