NILES – The Lakeland Conference soccer tournament begins tonight with four matches.
Brandywine will host Buchanan at 7 p.m. in a first round match, while Edwardsburg will travel to Three Oaks to take on River Valley at 7 p.m.
In the other first round matches, Cassopolis will travel to Bridgman, while Berrien Springs will host Coloma. Both of those matches are scheduled to start at 5 p.m.
The second round, in both the championship and consolation brackets, will be held on Oct. 8. The championship and consolation title matches will be held on Oct. 10.
The higher seeded teams will host the next round of the tournament right on through the championship match.
