BUCHANAN – Visiting Niles split the singles flights, but was swept in doubles as Buchanan improved to 5-0 on the season with a 6-2 victory over the Vikings.
Jordan Park and Zach Payne scored victories for Niles at No. 1 and No. 2 singles.
Parks defeated Jamie Whitfield 6-2 and 7-5, while Payne knocked off Taylor Oake 6-2 and 6-2.
Buchanan picked up its singles victories at No. 3 and No. 4 with Tyler Toney winning over Matt Ftacek by injury default and Ryan Henckel defeating Rob Bird.
The Bucks pretty much dominated the doubles flights with one exception.
The No. 4 doubles team of Zack Devereaux and Kevin Watson had a hard fought battle with Anthony Gladden and Chris Archer. The Bucks edged the Vikings 6-3 and 7-6.
