Marcella R. "Pat" Murphy, 88, formerly of Thomas Drive, Niles and longtime Niles Community Schools teacher, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, at Ingham County Medical Care Facility, Okemos, following a brief illness. Arrangements are pending and being completed at Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles.
