James S. Doolittle, 79, of Regent Street, Niles, died at 7:15 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at West Woods of Niles, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at First Presbyterian Church, Niles.
Burial will be in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services in the Tyler Chapel of the church in Niles.
Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Michigan, Attention: Matt Burrows, Revelli Band Hall, 350 E. Hoover Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.
