Carol S. Brazo, 64, of North Broadway Street, Mentone, Ind., died at 6:48 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2007, at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 12, at King Memorial Service, Mentone, Ind. with the Rev. Les Taylor officiating.
Burial will be in Mentone Cemetery, Mentone, Ind.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, at King Memorial Home, 101 N. Tucker St., Mentone, Ind.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mentone United Methodist Church.
