James Roy Farris of Niles, 83, died after a brief illness on Friday, Aug. 24, 2007.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 28, at the Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan, with his nephew the Rev. Charles Guinn from Tennessee officiating.
His family will receive friends on Monday, Aug. 27 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He will be laid to rest in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles.
There will be a dinner after the funeral at the Eagles Lodge on Sycamore in Niles.
Arrangements were by Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
