ST. JOSEPH – Berrien County Sheriff's Department has been investigating four home invasions that occurred in Pipestone Township.
The first occurred June 15 on Brush Lake Road. The next happened July 17 on Eureka Road.
Two others were reported on Columbia Road on July 17.
On July 17, Deputy Joe Margherone responded to a complaint where a vehicle window was shattered by a BB gun shot. Victims of this incident were able to detain the individuals responsible for that damage until police arrived.
The suspects, one 18-year-old and two juveniles, were taken to the Berrien County Sheriff's Department, where it was further determined that these individuals were involved in the other home invasions.
An additional juvenile was involved in the Brush Lake home invasion.
It is estimated that damage to property and items taken at the Brush Lake residence came to approximately $20,000. Some items taken from Brush Lake Road have been recovered.
All of the suspects reside in Cass County.
Robert Glidden was lodged at the Berrien County Jail and arraigned in Fifth District Court on July 18.
The juveniles were being petitioned to Juvenile Court.
