Movies in the park return Friday

NILES – A free movie? Outside? At dusk? What could be better?
Movies in the Park is back and will kick ofF this Friday, July 6, at the Wonderland Outdoor Screen in Riverfront Park near the playground.
These movies are free for everyone and begin at dusk. Those attending should bring a blanket and chairs. All movies are rated G or PG.
This Friday's feature will be The Goonies.
The Goonies was a hit movie in 1985 directed by Richard Donner, with the screenplay written by Chris Columbus from a story by Steven Spielberg. It is a film about a band of kids from a section of Astoria, Oregon, called the "Goon Docks." The Goonies, hoping to save the Goon Docks from demolition, go on an adventure to find the buried treasure of a legendary 17th-century pirate named One-Eyed Willie.
