NOTRE DAME, Ind. – Chris Noble of Niles was the weekend medalist and boys' 13-14 age division champion at the Nike All-Star Junior Golf Tour stop held June 23-24 at Warren Golf Course.
Noble shot 72 and 73 (145) to tie Ryan Tetrault of Orange, Calif. after 36 holes. A three-hole playoff on 16, 17 and 18 gave Noble a one-stroke victory. The tour is back in the area July 21-22 as it makes a stop at Blackthorn Golf Course in South Bend, Ind.
Noble has had a busy week, as he also won medalist and age division honors as the Ned Jamieson Memorial Tri-County Championship held at Indian Lake Hills Golf Course near Eau Claire on Wednesday.
