Noble wins Jamieson Memorial Tri-County crown

EAU CLAIRE – Indian Lake Hills Golf Course was the host of the Ned Jamieson Memorial Tri-County Junior Championship on Wednesday.
Chris Noble of Niles, 13, shot a blazing 71 to win the boys' 12-14 year-old division and the overall title.
Noble was awarded a trophy and will have his name engraved on a permanent plaque that hangs in the Indian Lake Hills Golf Course clubhouse.
Winner of the 15-17 division was Matt Shull of Berrien Springs with a 73 and runner-up Chris Craft, of Dowagiac, carded a 74.
The runner-up in the Boys 12-14 was Mike Demski of Eau Claire.
The winner and only entry in the girls' division was local favorite Elizabeth Ecker, who carded an 82 off the men's tees.
