Patrick M. Leonard, 51, of South Saint Joseph Avenue, Niles, died at 11:39 a.m. Thursday, June 14, 2007, at his home, following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, June 17, at Halbritter Funeral Home, Niles, with Chaplain Scott Labbe of In House Hospice Solutions.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home. A flag presentation and Taps will follow the services at the funeral home by the American Legion Post No. 26 of Niles.
Memorial contributions may be made to Donate Life America to encourage tissue and organ donation.
