Jarrod Drake, son of former Brandywine standout Leonard Drake, is going to sign a National Letter of Intent with Robert Morris College in Chicago, Ill.
Leonard Drake starred for the Bobcats in the 1970s. Brother Kenny, was a standout at Brandywine High School in the early 1990s.
Jarrod Drake spent last season at South Bend (Ind.) Riley High School after transferring from Beaumont, Texas.
The family moved back into the area to help care for Jarrod's grandfather Charles and uncle Jason, both of whom are recovering from renal failure.
Robert Morris, went 32-0 this past season and was ranked No. 1 all season long. Robert Morris was defeated in the NAIA national championship game in triple overtime.
