Special Olympics motorcycle ride coming here June 30

The third annual motorcycle ride to benefit Special Olympics athletes of Area 17 (Cass, Berrien and Van Buren counties) will stop at Dowagiac VFW on Saturday, June 30, around 1 p.m.
Registration takes place from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. Special Olympic athletes start the ride at noon from Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) Lodge 147, 3470 Angling Road, Coloma.
The ride costs $10 per person or $15 per couple.
Continental breakfast is included with your tax-deductible donation to Special Olympics Area 17.
The rain date will be Sunday, July 1.

Please join them for a scenic ride through the three counties.
All motorcycles are welcome.
There will be lots of fun, food, door prizes and a hog roast following the ride at The Bend Bar in Coloma.
Special Olympics receives no federal, state or local funds and relies on donations.
The first year 60 riders made $2,500.
Last year, 258 riders raised $8,674.
