NILES – Brandywine's Tyler Weedon and Caleb Frazier, both members of the Bobcats' track and field team, have been chosen as the Niles Daily Star Athletes of the Week for May 21-26.
Weedon took first in the 3,200-meter run with time of 10:43.96 at the Lakeland Conference tournament on May 22.
Frazier posted a time of 11.63 in the 100-meter dash to give him a first place finish.
Brandywine captured the conference title after posting a score of 148 points.

More than one boy or girl can be chosen for the award each week. Honored athletes are chosen based on their performances in games the previous week.
