Evelyn Marie Phillips, 74, of Ontario Road, Niles, died at 8:40 a.m. on Monday, May 28, 2007, at Riverside Village in Elkhart, Ind.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 31, at Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in South Bend, Ind.
The family will receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
Arrangements were by the Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan.
