Lady Bucks grab win over Bridgman

NILES -Buchanan's girls track team had no problem handing Bridgman a 76-47 Lakeland Conference loss Monday afternoon.
The Bucks' boys team, on the other hand, fell to the Bees, 82-46.
Taking first place finishes for the girls' team were Lindsey Borr, who posted a 13'-5" leap in the long jump. Borr also finished the 400-dash with a time of 1:09.2.
Katie Dreitzler had a throw of 24'-3" in the shot put.
The 3,200-relay team posted a tie of 11:22.75 and the 800-relay team finished with a tme of 2:05.21. The 1,600-meter team also took first.
Liz Hein finished the 1,600-meter run with a time of 6:07.07 and the 3,200-meter run with a time of 13:04.34.
A. Kruchkow posted a time of 2:48 in the 800-run and Emily Lakin finished the 200-dash with a time of 30.63.
First place finishers for the boys' team were Clinton Orr, who cleared 5'-10" in the high jump.
The 3,200-relay team posted a time of 9:28.4.
Jeff Kruchkow had a time of 17.61 in the 100-hurdles and Sean Carlson finsihed the 3,200-meter run with a time of 12:27.49.
The Bucks will return to action on Friday when they travel to the Annual Rotary meet in St. Joseph, beginning at 5 p.m.
