Register for the Senior Olympics beginning April 15

Starting April 15, men and women, ages 50 and better can register on-line for the Michigan Senior Olympics Summer Games.
The games will be hosted in Oakland County Aug. 6-11.
Competitive events include race walk, softball, swimming, tennis, golf, dance-sport, archery, track and field, cycling, bowling and more.
Events will take place at and near the Older Persons' Commission in Rochester.
Michigan Senior Olympics is a non-profit organization that promotes healthy lifestyles by organizing state games, sports competitions plus health, fitness, nutrition and wellness programs for active persons ages 50 and over.
The MSO Platinum 2007-2008 Sponsor is Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, with MSO Ribbon 2007-2008 Sponsors including News/Talk 760 WJR, Royal Park Hotel, Consumers Energy, Oakland County Parks, Rochester Community Schools and Waterford Parks and Recreation.
