Lemuel "Duke" Deward Barker, 85, of Buchanan and of Satsuma, Fla., died on Monday, March 19, 2007, at the Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka, Fla.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering in his honor for family and friends will be from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 5, at the Moose Lodge, Chapter 448, 101 S. Redbud Trail, Buchanan. All who knew Duke are welcome to attend.
Memorial contributions in the memory of Lemuel "Duke" Barker may be made to the Moose Lodge in Buchanan or to the charity of the donor's choice.
