Merle Donald Ragan, 82, of Heber Springs, Ark., formerly of Dowagiac, passed away on Monday, March 5, at White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark.
His family will meet friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13, at McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home, where his funeral will be held 11 a.m.
He will be laid to rest in South Wayne Cemetery following the service.
