COA observing St. Patrick’s Day

CASSOPOLIS – Cass County Council on Aging is celebrating St. Patrick's Day March 16 by serving traditional Irish fare during regular lunch hours.
The menu includes corned beef and cabbage, boiled red potatoes, rye bread, applesauce, non-alcoholic green beer and dessert.
Lenten meal choices will also be available.
Music will be provided by Pay the Piper, a local band that blends vocal talent and multiple instruments to create traditional Celtic music.
The COA is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:45 to 1:15 p.m., and a full meal can be purchased for around $5.
Macaroni and cheese will be on the a la carte line.
The COA is located at Decatur Road and M-60 east of Cassopolis.
