Dowagiac hosts Allegan in key clash

The Dowagiac varsity basketball team will host Allegan in a pivotal Wolverine Conference clash.
The first place Chieftains need to win their remaining games to claim the outright league championship.
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
Chris Primley continues to lead the Chieftains in scoring and rebounding. He is averaging 16.2 points per game and 6.7 rebounds.
Amos Clark is second in scoring at 14.9, while Oscas Wilson is averaging 9.9.
Jamie Simpson is averaging seven points per game and grabbing 6.2 rebounds.
The Chieftains are outscoring their opponents by nearly 11 points per game.
Dowagiac have scored 833 points through 15 games.
