Frank passed away at his Decatur home on Friday, Feb. 9, 2007, as a result of a house fire.
A memorial service for Frank will be held on Friday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. in the Pokagon Band Elders Hall, 53237 Townhall Road, Dowagiac.
He will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart (Silver Creek) Cemetery at a later date.
