DOWAGIAC – The 9th Annual Dowagiac Rotary Club Snowed Out Shoot Out will get under way on Saturday at 8 a.m. at the Zollar Sports Center on the campus of Southwestern Michigan University.
Edwardsburg and Watervliet will kick off the tournament, while Cassopolis and Lakeshore will play at 9:15 a.m.
Dowagiac will face Elkhart St. Thomas at 10:30 a.m., while Berrien Springs and South Bend (Ind.) Clay will wrap up the first round at 11:45 a.m.
The Edwardsburg-Watervliet winner will take on the Cassopolis-Lakeshore winner at 1 p.m.
The winners from the Dowagiac-Elkhart and Berrien Springs-Clay contests will square off at 3:30 p.m.
The losers from the Edwardsburg-Watervliet and the Cassopolis-Lakeshore games will face each other at 2:15 p.m.
The losers from the Dowagiac-Elkhart and Berrien Springs-Clay contests will meet up at 4:45 p.m.
All eight places will be played out on Sunday.
The seventh place game is set for noon, while the fifth place game will be played at 1:15 p.m.
The third place game is slated for 2:30 p.m., with the finals scheduled for approximately 3:45 p.m.
