Loving and adored sister and aunt of Phoenix, Ariz., passed away peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, surrounded by her family at the age of 84.
There will be a graveside service at Van Riper Cemetery, Cassopolis, at a later date.
Billie had a special love for animals. She opened her home to many stray and abandon animals.
