CASSOPOLIS – Helen J. Phillips, 87, of Cara Avenue, Diamond Lake, Cassopolis, formerly of Battle Creek, died suddenly at 4:56 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007, following a brief illness.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, in the United Methodist Church, Cassopolis, with the Rev. Glenn Litchfield, pastor of the church, officiating.
A luncheon will follow the service, where relatives and friends may share condolences and memories.
Cremation has taken place. Interment will be at Prospect Hill Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in the memory of Helen J. Phillips may be made to the United Methodist Church in Cassopolis.
Arrangements were made by Connelly Funeral Home in Cassopolis.
