Buchanan wrestlers go 4-0 at own Super Duals Saturday

NILES – Buchanan's A wrestling team posted a 4-0 record Saturday to claim its own Buchanan Super Dual title.
Buchanan's B team, Comstock and River Valley all tied for second place with 2-2 records, while Benton Harbor finished in fifth with an 0-4 record.
Wrestling posting four wins on the day were Dustin McMullin (103) of River Valley, David Knisley (112) of Buchanan, John Stein (119) of River Valley, Steve Klinger (125) of Comstock, Nick Wheetley (130), Drew Medlin (135), Tony Taylor (140), Jaime Marbeiter (145), Austin Ferris (152), Aaron Leneway (160), A.J. Long (171), Ryan Harrington (189), Mike Connors (215) and John Moyer (285) all of Buchanan.
Picking up three wins were Tommie Turney (103) of Benton Harbor, Brandon Nunn(103) of Comstock, D.J. Hurd (112), Jon Beechler (119), Todd Taylor (125) and Adan Byrdak (130) all of Buchanan, Mike East (135) of River Valley, Larry Calahoun (140) of Benton Harbor, Gage Binversie (145), Jason Ehlert (152) and Josh Loeza (189) all of River Valley, Logan Pickett (145), Kyle Louks (152) and Adam Bradshaw (215) all of Comstock and Robert Riggs (285) of Buchanan.
The Bucks are back in action on Wednesday when they travel to Berrien Springs for a Lakeland Conference meet with Brandywine and Cassopolis.
