Michael Burlingham, 51, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., formerly of Douglas, died Dec. 26, 2006, from injuries sustained in a plane crash in Jasper, Tenn.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the Community Church of Douglas, 6780 Riley Road, with Dr. Daniel Miller officiating.
Burial will be in Douglas Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Dykstra Life Story Funeral Homes-Mulder Chapel, 188 W. 32nd St.
Memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
