Mary J. Banicki, 85, of East Bertrand Road in Niles, died at 7:54 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at her home, following a brief illness.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 29, at Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles, with the Rev. Valori Mulvey Sherer of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in St. Joseph officiating.
Burial will take place in the Smith Chapel Cemetery, Niles.
The family will receive relatives and friends for visitation from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions in the memory of Mary J. Banicki may be made to the Trinity Episcopal Church.
