Dobrich continues to hold the lead

Bowl season gets into high gear today with a trio of games.
The Independence Bowl, Holiday Bowl and Texas Bowl are all on the schedule.
Heading into the meat of the bowl schedule, Cass County Family Court Judge Sue Dobrich still holds on to a four-game lead over a trio of Daily News Football Forecasters.
Chasing Dobrich are Congressman Fred Upton, R.-St. Joseph, Daily News Managing Editor John Eby and Daily News Sports Editor Scott Novak.
All three are 110-40 on the year. Dobrich currently stands at 114-36 after the first nine bowl games.
A game further back at 109-41 is Dowagiac City Clerk Jim Snow.
Also topping the 100-win plateau are Mike Behnke, Dowagiac softball coach; Greg Younger, Dowagiac Athletic Director; Frank Williams, Cassopolis Police Chief; Allison Hayes, FOX 28 sportscaster; and Bryan Wild, sports official.
Behnke, Younger and Williams are all 107-43, while Hayes and Wild are 100-50.
Michael Guilmette Jr. stands at 82-68.
