NILES – The Bridgman Co-Op swimming and diving team lost to Kalamazoo Loy Norrix Tuesday evening, 108-74.
Placing for the team were Matt Bizoe, Ty Alexander, Alex Ottusch and Scotty Palenske, who finished second in the 200-yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:56.57.
In the 200 Free, Eric Nelson posted a time of 2:08.55 for a second place finish. He also finished the 100 Free with a time of :56.41 to earn first place.
Bizoe placed second in the 200 Individual Medley with a time of 2:29.95 and second in the 100 Back with a time of 1:06.64. Jason Pullins took second in the 50 Free with a time of :25.25. Pullins also finished second in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:05.88.
Alexander finished first in the 100 Fly with a time of 1:05.22 and third in the 100 Breaststroke with a time of 1:17.41.
In the 500 Free, Ottusch placed second with a time of 6:05.64, while Austin Dystra was third with a time of 6:38.25.
In the 200 Free Relay, Pullins, Palenske, Nelson and Alexander placed second by posting a time of 1:45.20.
In the 100 Back, Patrick Russell took third place with a time of 1:13.37.
The 400 Free Relay team of Ottusch, Nelson, Luke Andersen and Bizoe finished with a time of 3:57.98.
Mark Gittersonke placed second in diving.
The Bridgman Co-Op team will travel to Jenison High School for the 32nd annual Wildcat Invitational on Dec. 28.
