The annual Dowagiac Elks Club Hoop Shoot has been set for Saturday, Dec. 2.
The free throw shooting contest will be held at Dowagiac Middle School. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. The actual contest is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m.
There are three age divisions for both boys and girls. They are:
8-9 year-olds
10-11 year-olds
12-13 year-olds
Winners in each age division will advance to the district competition to be held in January 2007.
