CASSOPOLIS – Cass County Prosecutor Victor Fitz authorized charges against an adult and a 15-year old for Tuesday night's armed robbery of the Shell gas station at 10729 M-60, Jones.
Oscar Lewis Jones, 19, has been charged with armed robbery, which is a felony punishable by life or any term of years.
Arraignment for Lewis was expected Wednesday afternoon in Cass County Fourth District Court.
A juvenile petition was filed against the minor in Cass County Family Court for armed robbery.
Arraignment on the juvenile armed robbery petition was also expected later Wednesday.
The Prosecutor's Office also filed a request that the minor be waived to adult court.
Both subjects were in custody.
