CASSOPOLIS – Cass County Sheriff Joseph M. Underwood Jr. reports his office responded to a two-vehicle accident at M-60 and Anderson Road in Howard Township at about 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Stephen Palmer, 32, of Cassopolis, was eastbound and lost control of his vehicle, striking a westbound vehicle driven by John Marazita, 47, of Niles.
Passengers in Marazita's vehicle included Kimberly Marazita, 47, and Cassie Marazita, 17, also of Niles.
Cassie Marazita sustained minor injuries, for which she was transported by Southwestern Michigan Community Ambulance Service (SMCAS) to Lakeland in Niles for treatment.
