NILES – The Niles varsity golf team defeated Edwardsburg on Wednesday with a score of 160. The Eddies posted a 180 on the day.
David Neuman led the Vikings as he shot a 37. Nick Horn shot 39, Alex Welch 41, Jared Kabara 43, Jeff Jurgonski 46 and Nick Musser 47.
The JV team was defeated by the Eddies, 205-208.
On Thursday, Niles traveled to the Battle Creek Lakeview Invitational, where the Vikes took ninth place overall. Marshall won the Invite with a score of 304.
Neuman shot an 83 on the day, Musser 85, Horn 89 and Kabara 94.
Welch and Juronski teamed up for a best ball and took fourth place with a score of 76.
