River Valley takes first at LAC Jamboree Tuesday

NILES – The Lakeland Conference Jamboree was held Tuesday as Edwardsburg hosted all of the conference teams at 4 Lakes Golf Course.
River Valley was the overall winner with a team score of 170. The Eddies took second with 177, Berrien Springs third with 185, Coloma fourth with 185, Bridgman was fifth with a 189, Brandywine sixth with 191, Cassopolis seventh with 205 and Buchanan eighth with 219.
Chris Rose led the Bobcats as he shot a 43 on the day. Billy McDonald shot 48, Cody Pierson 49, Dillon Bailey 51, Shane Bankston 56 and Tyler Hill 58.
For Buchanan, Adam Horin shot a 43, Kyle Hexin 53, Jeff Jerue 54, Tyler York 69, Zach Hughes 71 and Mike Ranft 82.
Austin Francis led Cassopolis with a 49, Matt Shull led Berrien Springs with a 42, Pat Beach had a 40 for Bridgman, Ryan Stoneburner a 41 for Edwardsburg and Brad Miller a 38 for River Valley.
The next LAC Jamboree will be Thursday at Indian Hills Golf Course.
