Victoria Tompos, 84, of Redfield Road in Niles, died on Tuesday evening, Aug. 1, with her family at her side at Cardinal Nursing Home in South Bend, Ind., following a lengthy illness.
In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be held at a later time.
Memorial contributions, in her memory, may be made to the St. Joseph County Hospice.
Arrangements were made by Brown Funeral Home in Niles.
