Niles R.A.P. falls to St. Stephen’s Villians

St. Stephen's Villains improved to 3-2 in the Blossomland Soccer League with a 3-1 victory over host Niles R.A.P. on Saturday.
Aaron Soule, Vilath Viengmyxay and Rob Grashorn scored for the Villains.
Brett Borzsei scored the lone goal for Niles, which is now 1-4 on the year.
On Friday night, P&R FC edged the visiting Dowagiac Dawgs, 4-3, at Ott Field in Bridgman.
Dennis Ott and Tony Arnold both scored two goals for P&R.
Tony Black, Andrew Cuthbert and Brian Edgerly scored for Dowagiac.
The Dawgs are now 3-2 on the year, while P&R improved to 3-1-1 with the victory.
Haacks selected
Chris Haack and Aaron Haack of Sister Lakes have both been selected to officiate the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association's State Cup Tournament finals on Saturday in Farmington.
Chris Haack will be an assistant referee in the 17 and under match, while Aaron Haack will be an assistant referee in the 15 and under match.
Chris Haack has also been selected to officiate the United States Youth Soccer Association's Midwest regional championship in Appleton, Wisc., June 23-28.
