Niles FOP Braves take victory over White Sox

NILES - The Niles FOP Braves won against the White Sox 16-1 in major league action at FOP Park on Thursday, May 25.
The Braves offense was led by Connor Glick with three singles, Zak Clingenpeel with two singles and James Krause and Ryan Casey each with a single.
The White Sox were led offensively by Doug Freeman with two singles and Alex Wright with a single.
Yankees win thriller over Orioles
The Niles FOP Yankees remain undefeated by winning 4-2 against the Orioles in major league action at FOP Park.
Evan Zimmerman started on the mound for the Yankees with Ethan Zimmerman coming in for relief shutting down a rally from the Orioles.
The Yankees were led offensively by Evan and Ethan Zimmerman each with two singles, Emily Cavinder with a double and Geordan Griffin, Shawn Dudka, Jake Archer, Mike Baumgartner and Anthony Bice each with singles.
Treg Huss started on the mound for the Orioles with Matt Gaul coming in for relief.
The Orioles were led offensively by Jay Williams and Greg Davis each with a single.
Red Sox win over Braves
The Niles FOP Red Sox were victorious over the Braves 16-4 in major league action. The Red Sox were led offensively by Myles Busby with two doubles and two singles, Josh Clark with one double and two singles, Taylor Purucker and Brian Moody with three singles, Matt North with two singles and Seth Purucker with a single.
