NILES - The Big 16 Conference Soccer Tournament begins tonight.
Dowagiac and Niles will compete in the Black Division.
The Chieftains will travel to Niles tonight for its first round match. The junior varsity are scheduled to play at 4 p.m. with the varsity match slated for 5:45.
In other first round matches, Mattawan will host Benton Harbor, Battle Creek Harper Creek will host Battle Creek Central and Kalamazoo Loy Norrix will host Coldwater.
Second round games will be played on Wednesday.
In the Silver Division, Lakeshore will host Sturgis, Portage Northern will host St. Joseph, Portage Central will host Battle Creek Lakeview and Kalamazoo Central will host Marshall.
