Scott Seidner, 29, of Oak Street, in Niles, died on Monday, May 1.
Mass of Christian burial will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, at Saint Mark Catholic Church in Niles, with the Rev. Carl Peltz officiating.
Burial will take place at Silverbrook Cemetery, also in Niles.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles.
