Niles tennis team faced with tough competition

NILES - Niles tennis coach Rob Babler knew that St. Joseph was going to be a tough competitor heading into Wednesday's match.
The Bears took the Vikes out quickly in all but one flight, posting a 7-1 final score in SMAC West Division action.
Niles' only win came at No. 3 singles where junior Dan Rodts took a 6-2, 6-3 win over Andrew Kim.
The Vikings (0-2) will host Lakeshore for another West Division match on Monday.
