Jack L. Smith, 62, of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Buchanan, died at 11:40 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, at his home after a lengthy illness.
A memorial service celebrating Jack's life was held at Shiloh Community Church on March 24, 2006.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Faye Petro, formerly of Niles, two daughters and a brother, Harold J. Smith of Niles.
