Lori Lee (Ossmer) Ondresky, 42, of Fifth Street, in Niles, died on Sunday April 2.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 6, at the Mission Hills Memorial Chapel, with Irv Young officiating. A private burial will take place at Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.
The family will gather with friends on Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory, may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, One Kroc Drive, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
Arrangements were by Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services and by Mission Hills Memorial Chapel, both of Niles.
