Charles T. “Farmer” Snouwaert, 74, of Wiser Road, Niles, died at 1:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 30, following an extended illness.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 3, at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Carl W. Bassett, of the church, officiating.
Burial will take place at Riverview Cemetery, in South Bend, Ind.
Family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Halbritter Funeral Home, in Niles.
Memorial contributions, in his memory, may be made to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church.
