NILES - Cindy McCall has been the best in her business for two years in a row. The AAA Michigan insurance agent was honored recently at a banquet as the top property and casualty agent in the western Michigan region, which includes cities such as Niles, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and St. Joseph.
McCall was also honored with the President Elite award for the second year in a row. The award is given to the agent who sells the most insurance in the categories of home, automotive and life, as well as signs up the most new members.
McCall has worked at AAA Michigan in Niles for 27 years but said she has only been an agent for the last three years.
McCall was born and raised in Niles, graduated from Niles High School and also attended Southwestern Michigan College and Ferris State University.
