NILES - William Starr, 73, of Oxbow Road, Constantine, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2006, at Lakeland Hospital in Niles .
William was born on Aug. 23, 1932, to Fritz and Beulah (Duvall) Starr in Peoria, Ill.
A memorial visitation will be held Thursday, March 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
