Donald Mitchell III, 29, of Grand Rapids, formerly of Portage, died suddenly on Thursday, March 9, in Grand Rapids.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Avenue, Grand Rapids, with Pastor Mike Donahue of the Four Winds Christian Fellowship Church, Marshall, officiating. Interment with military honors will follow at Fort Custer National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Portage Chapel.
